I see a major problem in the communication between the various departments. Many things don’t run smoothly because the departments within the administration sometimes work at cross-purposes. This leads to repeated misunderstandings and problems. I also find the interpersonal atmosphere challenging at times. One gets the impression that people don’t always treat each other openly and honestly. Especially as an apprentice, you sometimes feel like you’re not being taken seriously or are being treated condescendingly. In addition, people within departments often speak negatively about other departments or coworkers. This creates an atmosphere where you have to be very careful about what you say to whom. I believe that more open, respectful, and transparent communication between departments would contribute to a significantly better work environment.
