Unfortunately, you don't have a work-life balance, you are permanently under pressure and are controlled wherever possible. The management style unfortunately corresponds to how it is presented in the media. The work you do is not appreciated. The company has too high a fluctuation rate and too few staff in every position.

Too much turnover, fluctuating direction line, working conditions especially employee well-being, lack of machine development, no clear perspective on objectives, a lot of internal reorganisation and redundancies, IT of the last century, no modern IT.

Unfortunately at the moment not much, except webside you can imagine something where the implementation does not work

More attention to the employees, work= leisure climate. But very important better communication that would help a lot. You shouldn't do overtime, but you can't do without it. Always be ready to work even in your free time. Normal times average 10 hours a day.

Nepotism, wasting money, bonus payments from management

"Traditional company" and so it is unfortunately also with the management...too long in the process, decisions are only made by the top, little competence in the selection and development of employees and everything very old-fashioned.

Promotion of "young talents", i.e. low-cost employees under 30 years of age.

Not only promoting the "boys". The interesting works are simply taken away from the "old ones". Who resists gets on the sidetrack!
