As I'm not from the Zug region, the initial meeting took place via Teams. I felt that I was taken seriously right from the start and the interview was very pleasant. The support during the entire interview process was excellent. The employees were easy to contact at all times and the deputy was also well informed. If I had any uncertainties or doubts, I was encouraged and offered support at all times. I would work with this recruitment agency again at any time.

Unfortunately, I can't write anything positive. You would first have to have real contact with the employees.

Company advertises temporary and permanent jobs in Lucerne, Zug and Zurich. Currently about 60 jobs on jobs.ch (on the homepage even more). After my application no reaction. When I called, my application was not found; I should send it again. I wrote extra that I am flexible for the duration and location of the job. Then a standard rejection, they had nothing I would fit. Not even a phone call to clarify exactly what I'm looking for, what they have on offer and what I might fit for at best or why they can't offer me anything at the moment. Either these are all fake ads and they just want to sound out the market or they just want young, cheap labor. And the whole of Switzerland is whining about a shortage of skilled workers. No, we have a lack of appreciation and respect for job seekers and employees.
