Great employer at all levels
This works well in the company
L & D is a big family with mutual trust and respect. They look far into the future and keep up with change. It is great fun to be a part of the company. Ideas and initiative are encouraged and welcome. Employees are also allowed to work independently and are trusted.
This could be improved
There are always improvements, and L & D is currently undergoing change, which makes the work very exciting and challenging. However, this in turn is a great pleasure.
