I particularly appreciate the opportunity to get to know different locations and operations and gain new experiences in the process. I see room for improvement primarily in long-term communication and the sense of belonging. With changing assignments, it’s sometimes difficult to build a closer connection to the company and the teams. In my opinion, even stronger support for employees and regular feedback could help employees feel even more engaged and valued in the long term. Overall, my experiences have been positive.
