Not very pleasant
Currently a little chaotic, could also have to do with the company's strategy. Despite its small size, the company is very hierarchical, which means that it is better to agree to anything that comes from above.

A few colleagues can work well together. Direct ways.
This could be improved
Vitamin B beats competence. Bullying replaces leadership. Leadership by example is completely alien to many. Processes are created, but then not implemented. Extreme fluctuation. IMHO.... Watch your step.
