Across all the locations, it takes some time to get to know each other because you simply don't interact with everyone. I think that's a shame, but I always take part in the various events to see people.

There is an excellent atmosphere and a good mood across different departments and locations. AVAG is a highly innovative and exciting company despite its manageable size and what at first glance appear to be "boring" areas of activity (waste disposal, recycling, energy). Numerous projects run in parallel, which makes everyday working life very varied.
This could be improved
I would be happy for the company if it were seen as less dusty by the public. A lot has been improved in terms of communication in the recent past, but it is still difficult to get rid of the prevailing image of a "state-owned enterprise". Yet AVAG is anything but dusty and sluggish, but a highly innovative and dynamic SME.
