The work environment at IGP is very pleasant because everyone is so friendly toward one another. I felt comfortable and welcomed by the team right from the start. My team supports me, and I can always ask questions if I have any. I enjoy going to work.

I find the application process at IGP very pleasant and straightforward. I also think there’s nothing that needs improving when it comes to the work itself.

A lot of things are going well at IGP. I’m receiving support during my training and am able to learn a lot of new things. The work processes are well organized, and I’m gaining insight into various areas of responsibility.

At the moment, I don't see much room for improvement. I'm satisfied with the current situation and think that the processes and the support I've received during my apprenticeship are working well.

The trainees are treated well. Everything is explained to them in detail, and they can ask questions at any time if something is unclear.

What I particularly like about the company is the pleasant work atmosphere and the friendly way we treat one another. The employees are helpful, respectful, and supportive of one another. You feel comfortable as part of the team and are taken seriously. I especially appreciate the support from my vocational trainer and the on-the-job trainers. They take the time to answer questions, explain tasks clearly, and help you when you’re not quite sure about something. I also really enjoy the variety of tasks. I have the opportunity to learn about different tasks, work independently, and learn something new every day. I also think the work hours and the way the training program is organized are great. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my training company, feel well taken care of, and enjoy going to work.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with my training and feel at home at the company. The employees are friendly and helpful, and I receive good support with my tasks. In my opinion, there aren’t any major areas for improvement at the moment. Of course, there’s always room for growth, and certain processes could be further optimized. Overall, though, I think the training program is very well organized, and I have plenty of opportunities to learn new things and gain experience.

What I particularly like about IGP Pulvertechnik is the excellent work environment. I feel at home on the team, and working with my colleagues is a pleasure. I really enjoy my work because it’s varied and I’m always learning something new. Overall, everything just fits together perfectly for me, and I enjoy going to work.

As an apprentice, I think it's great that everyone is so open, friendly, and understanding. I feel very comfortable here, and I'm glad to have these conditions, because they make it much easier for me to learn.

As in any company, there’s always room for improvement. Continuing to improve communication is really the icing on the cake.
