Very tense working atmosphere. Promises are made that are not kept. (e.g. training.) Occupational safety is of secondary importance. Very unfortunate for a company that provides super services & actually has enormous potential. There was a lot of employee change, which certainly damaged the know-how of the company. Furthermore, it is never positive to dismiss the older, more experienced employee and hire younger ones. You're often lied to, yelled at. At the interview the world is fine & everything is great until you look behind the scenes. All employees are hounded, are under stress and a working day often ends with 9 hours or more, even though there would be super working hours. The company cars, material are very dirty, and are rarely maintained, since all are always heated. The company has very good social benefits.

After some time I had to find out that the whole company never tells the truth and the opinion changes from person to person. You never tell what you tell others about you. Find it the worst employer I've ever had.

The interaction between the employees themselves is very tense, as not all employees are treated equally. For example, when it comes to new ideas to simplify workflows. At the interview this is said exactly that that one absolutely must bring along selfinitiative and may suggest thus actively simpler operational sequences and this is very desired. However, these are always rejected and one noticed also longer like more that this is undesirable. One thing that really bothered me was that at the interview I was clearly told that you rarely do overtime and that you can flexibly manage your time. However, this was not the case from the outset. What also struck me as negative was that there were a lot of personnel changes. The great social benefits are clearly positive.
