Many processes are being reimagined and optimized. This opens up interesting new opportunities for employees. Pay is always reliable, and there’s plenty to do. In our department, we work together as a team. No one is left behind. Centravo is a large and, without a doubt, crisis-proof employer. I really enjoy working here. Everyone is on a first-name basis, and the hierarchies are very flat.

The company is currently undergoing a transformation. Many old structures are being dismantled, and new ones are emerging. This occasionally leads to disagreements.
