I was very disappointed with my experience at Migros Online. After a successful interview, providing a specific medical certificate for night work and work in extreme cold, impeccable attendance, no absences, and exemplary punctuality, the assignment was terminated after only two weeks due to a point system whose criteria remain very unclear. The hardest part to understand is the lack of transparency. Some people seem to be given more time to prove themselves, while others have their assignments cut short very quickly. This creates a sense of unequal treatment and suggests that dedication, motivation, and reliability aren’t always properly valued. When you agree to work night shifts, give your all, and strive to build something sustainable, it is discouraging to be dismissed without any real support or opportunity for improvement. An experience that leaves one with a great deal of confusion and frustration.
