This could be improved
If you're looking for a traditional career with regular promotions, you won't find that at the GDI because of its size. The foundation is small, so opportunities are limited (including in terms of pay).

For me, the GDI is an exceptional employer. I appreciate the inspiring work environment with views of the countryside and Lake Zurich, the socially relevant topics, and the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated, intelligent, and versatile individuals. Our shared mission—to identify future-oriented topics and provide food for thought for business and society—gives meaning to our daily work. Anyone interested in innovation, future trends, and societal developments will find an exciting environment here, with varied tasks and a great deal of depth in the work we do. I particularly appreciate the strong sense of camaraderie within our core team, as well as the excellent meals—freshly prepared daily—by our top chefs. I enjoy going to work every day and am proud to be part of the GDI.
This could be improved
I have to point out the fly in the ointment here. I think I’d like to see certain employees show more trust in the technical expertise of the individual teams—especially in areas where specialized skills are available. Greater mutual trust would make decision-making easier and further strengthen our collaboration.
