As a new employee, you are placed too low in the hierarchy that has existed for years/decades and you feel this every day. Work processes are obviously explained incorrectly and errors are sought wherever possible. Thus, the work motivation decreases enormously and self-doubt grows.

The structures of the UPK are very rigid, which means that new workers cannot be expected to undergo even basic training and are instead exposed to a constant demonstration of the status quo and the hierarchies based on years or decades of membership of the UPK.
