The work environment and camaraderie among colleagues have always been good. Every company has its problems, but I enjoyed working there. Career advancement opportunities are limited, but it is, after all, a small SME. Overall, it’s a good employer—a lot has changed there in recent years.

Company has no strategy, that is the problem, and invests in old machines is unfortunately never, always invest only in buildings. This is a pity and in the end employees are to blame... A good product is missing...

Anyone who enjoys 20 - 50 year old production equipment will certainly find his passion here. Old equipment is not necessarily bad, but unfortunately most of the inventory is no longer state of the art. I notice in my work colleagues how the motivation has dropped, because always giving and getting nothing in return does not make better employees. Starting 2023 without cost-of-living adjustment hurts every employee and would have been an appreciation for all those who worked on the good result in 2022.
