I applied twice for the same position a couple of months after my first interview. After my first application and interview, I wasn’t selected because I hadn’t worked in the pharmaceutical industry—though that had never come up during the interview. Apparently, an internal candidate was hired instead. A few months later, the position opened up again. I submitted a second application and then received no response—pure ghosting. Unclear process, no response, or a very long decision-making process. If you want to waste your time, you can apply at Pharma Focus.
