This works well in the company

- Quick response to job applications - Amenities like the cafeteria and outdoor terrace are nice - Colleagues are always there to offer advice and support - Parking available

This could be improved

- The job isn't paid fairly - Other coworkers earn much more for the same work - The technology is outdated, but no one tells you that... - The Head of HR comes across as very conceited - The way older coworkers treat younger ones needs to be reevaluated - Constant unrest - Lack of product development
