Very friendly and good working atmosphere. Already came across well at the interviews - I introduced myself but also got the impression that AKROS would also introduce itself to me. Lots of transparency. Leadership where necessary. Good error culture. Exciting projects. Great customer environment in which you feel similarly uplifted as at AKROS itself.

This could be improved

Company could make more of itself. Knowledge could be shared more among us employees. We are often involved in customer projects and less "at AKROS".
