Your Tasks

• You act as the bridge between IT and the business departments for our customers in the healthcare or insurance sector
• You collect and analyse business processes, identify weaknesses and potential improvements in the use of IT and material resources
• You are responsible for developing, documenting and communicating requirements for sustainable solutions
• You create test cases and accompany functional tests as well as User Acceptance Tests (UAT)

Your Skills

• You have a university degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification
• You have at least 5 years of experience in business process analysis and requirements management
• You have experience in agile environments (SAFe or Scrum)
• You have process knowledge in the healthcare or insurance sector
• You are used to thinking holistically and working in a structured way to solve complex tasks in a goal-oriented manner
• You have experience in model-based working methods (BPMN or UML)
• You have a good understanding of data management (e.g. SQL, data models)
• You have experience with GenAI and common tools
• You have a strong customer and service orientation
• You have an independent, reliable and proactive working style as well as a quick grasp
• You express yourself fluently in both spoken and written German and English

Additionally advantageous

• Experience in UX design or in-depth technical knowledge in one of the areas HTML5, Docker/Kubernetes, Java, APIs or Cloud services
• French language skills
• Relevant certificates for the skills mentioned above
