Unfortunately nothing positive to report. After signing the contract and all the hassle of moving to Switzerland, you can see how bad the mood in the team is on the very first day of work. Hostility from a team colleague towards new employees that is tolerated by team management. The lack of humanity towards immigrants who have no choice but to give up everything and return. It was a huge disappointment!!!

Helping immigrants instead of putting obstacles in their way. Do not force new employees to resign. Keep salaries of new employees secret. Integrate new employees into the team instead of allowing them to escalate. Eliminate poor morale within the team instead of encouraging it.
