Change the ratio of employees to management (2/1). Which for my part represented too few workers to effectively meet the needs of management in terms of market evolution. And above all, to hire intelligent and competent HR specialists, with a minimum of previous experience in this specific field of competence, as well as in the management of employee versus manager conflicts. Who are capable of understanding and recognizing the importance of their contractual duty towards the employees they poach or hire, in order to avoid that these employees, more than competent at their arrival, leave broken and fearful due to lack of recognition, support and concrete actions when they try to remedy the toxic and catastrophic relationship they are enduring with their manager in place.
