In my experience, there were only a few areas within the company where operations ran smoothly. While individual processes appeared well-structured, the overall work environment was one in which stable and reliable routines were rather rare. On a positive note, despite these challenges, a few dedicated employees worked hard to keep daily operations running. Unfortunately, these employees either left the company voluntarily or were terminated.

Management and HR should carry out their duties reliably and professionally. Clear lines of responsibility, structured processes, and consistent fulfillment of their responsibilities would be crucial to truly supporting employees and noticeably improving the work environment. Work Atmosphere To me, the work atmosphere seemed constantly tense and chaotic. Clear structures were lacking, which led to uncertainty and unnecessary stress in day-to-day work. Image In my view, the company’s image does not match reality. Internal processes do not reflect what is communicated to the outside world. Supervisors’ Behavior I found the supervisors’ behavior to be lacking in a sense of responsibility. There was a lack of leadership, clarity, and a culture that takes employees seriously. Communication Communication was often unclear. Important decisions were made without providing a clear explanation. Working Conditions Working conditions seemed disorganized. Processes were neither stable nor reliable, which made day-to-day work unnecessarily difficult. Work-Life Balance Work-life balance was made difficult by unclear processes and last-minute decisions. There was virtually no predictability in planning. Career/Professional Development In my view, career opportunities and professional development were distributed unfairly. Some employees were given opportunities, while others were denied development opportunities for no apparent reason. Salary/Benefits Regarding salary and benefits, I can only say that they are not sufficient to compensate for the structural shortcomings. Environmental/Social Awareness I did not observe any strong environmental or social awareness. The focus was clearly not on sustainable or employee-oriented values. Safety Based on my observations, important safety guidelines were repeatedly not implemented consistently, which led to a noticeably risky work environment.
