I was mainly satisfied, but these two points have a significant room for improvement: - Low salary - 4 weeks vacation

-The location of the orthopaedics is in the center of Baden. -Good social services and a high degree of quality and quantity of the products.

- In many parts of the company the appreciation of the employees is not adequate. - Fair distribution of tasks!!!!!! - MORE fairness towards employees - No clear announcements of positions and distribution of work of one makes more the other less.

The business owner has exceptionally ambitious demands on the range of services offered to patients, quality and the identification and commitment of the staff. The tempo that is struck is correspondingly high. I have benefited enormously from this performance culture in recent years. The company is currently implementing exciting projects that show that it is possible to bring in one's own initiative and innovative ideas if one shows the necessary drive.

The rapid pace at which the company is developing means that classic SME communication processes are reaching their limits. But also here applies: who is not too sad to fight through the protocols comes to the information he needs. For employees who prefer a clearly structured daily routine (nine-to-five) to a challenge and further development, a position at Orthopädie Podologie Malgaroli is a must.

Unfortunately I find no to few positive points. Some employees are very nice, but at least they are. Benefits are okay. Good location of the business.

More appreciation for the employee, especially from superiors. Promoting team cohesion and keeping promises. Give employees the opportunity to express criticism without being "punished" for it.
