This works well in the company
The restaurant was great, but a shame that office and production had separate dining areas
This could be improved
Racist enviromment towards colored people ( HR and managers painted themselves black at the Christmas party / colored people are always 1st to be blamed)... As a white person from a large metropolis, I cringed daily at the racism.

Fantastic in-house restaurant. Nice village with beautiful surroundings.
This could be improved
Top management and department managers. Products would benefit from an update.
