The work environment is pleasant, and the tasks are varied. The coworkers are friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciate the teamwork and the opportunity to gain new experiences and learn new things.

In some situations, communication could be even clearer and more transparent. Better planning of workflows and providing information about changes early on could help further improve collaboration and organization.
