The wages were always on the dot. The company is small enough that problems can be tackled directly with all those responsible.
This could be improved
A clearer version of where the company should develop. Currently we only think until the next order. Important maintenance and repairs are postponed until it is no longer possible and the employees are not given any responsibility or scope for creativity. The stress factor is therefore enormous, since you are supposed to perform at your best in an unstructured company.

I will go through your criticism step by step & comment I believe that the clearer version is a vision, we have 3 locations, located in Switzerland, China and now Poland, and we are a growing and expanding company The automotive industry is currently in a state of flux due to emission regulations & other issues, which is why the planning of customer sites is often changed, so we have to remain flexible, but the focus is always on the serial parts, as these are the main source of income with which their wages were paid. Maintenance and repairs are scheduled according to capacity. every maintenance interval has a buffer built in. if an eventful week is coming up, it can happen that maintenance is scheduled to the edge of this buffer. our employees take on a high level of responsibility. especially in production,they operate machines and equipment worth several hundred thousand chf. every day. all suggestions from employees are always listened to and implemented if it makes sense to do so. I am sorry that you have been stressed during your time in the company, we expect a correct working attitude, but no one has ever been put under pressure if they do not perform their tasks a few times, we look at the reason why the task was not performed as desired and actively look for a solution so that next time it will be more relaxed.I am aware that we are in the year 2020 and an anonymous letter on the internet is much more pleasant than writing these criticisms directly to us face to face,but it would be helpful next time in any case,if you communicate the criticism actively and not through the back door of the internet,because only then we can improve ourselves as a company actively.
