This works well in the company

In the beginning, everything was fine. But due to the acute shortage of employees, this will not last long.

This could be improved

The management should think about the management style and how employees are treated. No wonder all the MA's are already looking for the distance after a few months. Fortunately I am gone.

Employer comment

Thank you for the review. Of course, we are always happy to receive feedback and will adjust our solutions accordingly. However, the feedback should be objective and not based on questionable behavior on the part of an employee. We do not complain about a “shortage of employees”; rather, we are delighted to have long-term employees who enrich our team in every way and appreciate the warm, family-like atmosphere.
