What works well at the company is the effective organization of work and the team spirit among employees. Communication is clear and responsibilities are well defined, which allows us to work efficiently. In my experience, the work environment is positive and motivating.
This could be improved
In my opinion, one area for improvement could be the organization of work schedules, especially during peak periods. Sometimes better planning would help us work even more efficiently. Overall, however, my experience has been positive.
