Very good training. Processes are clearly structured. Small but very modern company. Everyday life is very varied and interesting. Due to the contemplative size of the team, adjustments of any kind can be made very quickly. I learned a lot of new things and was able to develop very quickly.

It is very important to the employer to advise the guests quickly and competently. This sometimes leads to somewhat hectic situations, but this didn't bother me and makes the job more lively and varied.
