Interesting work, but leadership and working conditions need improvement

Pay is reliable and always on time. The work is varied and allows for a high degree of independence. I have found my colleagues in the operations department to be very helpful.
This could be improved
In my view, some managers lack experience in dealing with employees. I get the impression that employees’ concerns and rights do not always receive the attention they deserve. I sometimes find work instructions and regulations to be unclear and difficult to understand. This creates uncertainty, and as an employee, you quickly feel like you’re in a vulnerable position. In my opinion, vacation policies, expense reimbursements, and compensation no longer fully reflect today’s market conditions. I would welcome greater transparency regarding bonuses and how they relate to base pay. I also have the impression that leadership positions are increasingly being filled by people with little professional experience. I would like to see greater emphasis placed on experience and leadership skills in this regard.
