In my opinion, what works well at the company is the work itself. The tasks are structured and can be completed easily using the established procedures. Nevertheless, there is room for improvement in many areas.

In my view, the way we work should be reevaluated above all else. Many things are done that don’t always seem logical or understandable to me. The way employees are treated could also be improved. It often seems as though employees’ opinions don’t matter and that supervisors are always right. It’s nearly impossible to bring up your own ideas or suggestions for improvement, and they aren’t really taken into account. Basically, I think it’s a good company. It’s a shame, though, how employees are treated. You don’t really have the opportunity to openly express your opinion or ask questions without it being seen as a problem. In my opinion, honesty isn’t sufficiently valued or rewarded in this company. The company presents itself as flexible, but in my experience, that doesn’t always match reality. For these reasons, I would not recommend the company.
