This works well in the company
A great team—everyone is very supportive and polite to one another. The trainees receive excellent support, from customer interactions to logistics. They’re always willing to help, and it’s fun to work there. Great parking garage (if you arrive a little early) + additional parking spaces available upstairs near the garage. Occasional snacks upstairs at the cafeteria and unlimited coffee.
This could be improved
Salaries should be higher, and career opportunities should also be expanded.
