The interview was just an assessment. What's the point? That's what the probationary period is for! This could only be justified with a larger number of candidates, but there are not that many computer scientists in Switzerland. I saw the whole thing as frivolous.

Premises centrally located in Zurich, conversation well structured and open. The procedure and procedure of the application process was well explained. General interesting company with good possibilities, unfortunately I was not taken. I'd reapply, though.

I thought the interview was extremely bad. We are bombarded with technical questions and because of trifles we get a rejection. No one cares about our human side. The ad has been there for several years, so it is questionable whether these people are seriously looking for people.
