Anyone who enjoys 20 - 50 year old production equipment will certainly find his passion here. Old equipment is not necessarily bad, but unfortunately most of the inventory is no longer state of the art. I notice in my work colleagues how the motivation has dropped, because always giving and getting nothing in return does not make better employees. Starting 2023 without cost-of-living adjustment hurts every employee and would have been an appreciation for all those who worked on the good result in 2022.
