Movetia

I find the field unnecessary as an applicant. My only point: good vision.

I applied to Movetia and successfully passed the selection process - even with one of the best exam results. I was told verbally that I had been accepted, but when I went to inform them of my decision, I received a surprise rejection. The line manager for the advertised position was on vacation at the time and had obviously not been informed. The reference information was particularly irritating: it was conducted with conspicuous mistrust and my references told me about a very negative tone. Despite these warning signs, I wanted to form my own opinion and give the company a fair chance. In conversation with the head of the department, it became clear that he didn't want me - even though I was considered a favorite. When I asked him directly why I was distrusted, I didn't get a clear answer. Instead, he was evasive and also turned up late for the agreed appointment. I would advise future applicants to view the application process at Movetia with caution and to be prepared for a possible lack of transparency and contradictory communication.

The foundation also gives older applicants a chance in an interview.

The application process could be shorter from my point of view. There was feedback on the conversation after a call.
