Long waiting time and very bad communication
For an application the answer came only after 3 months. I had already written them off, as I never got an answer to two mails and two phone calls (combox responsible person and via secretariat).

I've been waiting five months for a cancellation (assume so). No communication.

A young agency, with a professional field still under construction, stimulating thematic perspectives, as well as a management style that leaves its employees a lot of autonomy, flexibility in their work and scope for decision-making. A start up side!
The agency is still "young", some processes still need to be clarified, as well as the scope of activities and skills within the organisation
