There are 1-2 people who try very hard but unfortunately the fish stinks at the head and therefore nothing can be done.
This could be improved
Everywhere, the company has no structure, cannot deal with people and treats employees like objects. Appreciation is a foreign word. The only good thing is the salary, but that does not compensate for the working relationship.
