Division Manager, Member of the Executive Board
This works well in the company
The company Nettis & Company knows how to think itself into the demands and requirements of the client / partner / customer and with targeted questions, to understand the requirement 100%. Nettis & Company distinguishes itself by getting to the heart of the matter and communicating in a straightforward, open, honest and transparent manner. I would especially like to mention the accessibility. It is a pleasure to be able to work together at this level. The trust and discretion in this industry is for me the highest good and therefore I can recommend this company with full conviction.

I wish Nettis & Company continued success and all the best and the best health for the future.

Even in the case of a rejection, communication is very respectful
This works well in the company
The communication is very efficient and respectful. Even with cancellations, they take the time to answer questions or provide feedback if requested.
This could be improved
I see no potential for improvement, because the application process was very pleasant. Although I received a rejection, I would recommend Nettis&Company AG at any time. Because in the rejection letter it said that I could call for personal feedback. That the personal exchange takes place on request also with rejections and one is not simply dispatched, is not natural. I find this kind of appreciation very positive.
