I really like how well the hospitality, nursing, and housekeeping departments work together. And the kitchen, too. Although when I called the kitchen, they usually weren't very friendly on the phone.

As healthcare workers, we should support each other more. Right now, everyone just looks out for themselves. When someone asks for help, they often don’t get it. The condition of our work uniforms is a disaster. When I started at Sonnmatt, they said they were going to eliminate split shifts. I was there for a year, and the split shifts weren’t eliminated.
