Great products with a world-class client base. An open and honest approach, with little back-room talk. Things seem to be going well, and the company is investing heavily in personnel, equipment, and, it seems, new buildings as well.

This could be improved

Something needs to be done about the buildings: they're too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. The compensation for weekend work isn't adequately regulated.
