This works well in the company
getting on in years... Work style of the 70s - 80s
This could be improved
Leadership style, honest communication looks different, click formation, colleagues dishonest, denouncing is normality, various colleagues do not have themselves under control and that can then be quite off the mark

Forward momentum palpable, cool team members. Innovative and very nice products.

Processes could be even more efficient. Do more instead of talking.

Definitely worth an application
This works well in the company
The subsidiary company of a large family business from Germany has a lot to offer. Beautiful wrapping paper and gift wrappings. The entire added value of the gift wrap paper takes place in-house. The production is well structured and the processes are well established. There are flat hierarchies, and dealing with each other is uncomplicated. The leadership style is usually cooperative. There are many long-standing employees who give their best for the company. Wages are in the midfield, Stewo does not have to hide together with fringe benefits. If you want, you get the freedom to develop further. Further training is supported...
This could be improved
The overall shrinking retail trade presents the company with challenges. The sales department is in demand with new and creative ideas. The building is getting on in years, there is a certain investment backlog.
