Beautiful salon, disappointing trial experience
This works well in the company
The salon is a beautiful space with thoughtful decoration. It looks welcoming and well presented, and that was the most positive part of my visit.
This could be improved
I attended a trial for a nail technician position. I was told I would do one or two nails, but I ended up completing a full set with colour and substantial gel removal. I was not shown the products or workspace beforehand. The trial lasted around six hours and was unpaid. I was initially offered a second chance, but the offer was later withdrawn. I would have appreciated clearer expectations and more respectful communication throughout the process.
