Contributing ideas for improving processes, occupational safety topics and much more are very welcome. You have the opportunity to change something if you want to. There are also career opportunities, provided you like the working atmosphere and the sometimes rough treatment. The company is trying to get rid of the bad image from the past. This takes time, but in some areas a lot has already been developed positively.

Reduce 42h week to 40h week - in 3 shift operation it is sometimes difficult to get to one's target hours. Outdated machinery, dirty air and working environment. Generally outdated infrastructure and considerable space problems. Management does not always present a united front to the outside world. There are noticeable tensions.
