After the interview I was treated unkindly once on the phone when I looked for information about the procedure shortly afterwards, then 2 weeks later a phone call came with a promise: we will call again in a few days, which never happened. Long silence afterwards. After 2 months of silence, the HR lady invited me via mail to a test work and wanted an immediate confirmation (test work should be 1 whole day). Of course there was a long time-out on my part, such an employer does not deserve an answer after ignoring me for so long. But after 24 hours I had a reminder saying: Even if you are not interested anymore, we would be glad you would answer us so we know if you are still interested in the place: and something like that after 2 months of ice age. It feels as if for this employer the applicants are seen as undesirable and disruptive and he also gives you to understand this. Unfortunately negative.
