I've worked for the company as a Senior Software Engineer on the continuous development of their website. CEO is a good person and means well. Most of the remaining management are good people. Remaining employees are nice. Nonetheless it is still business. They have interesting problems to solve on implementing their logistic and sales workflow on their website and that is why I joined them in first place. I think with a lot more developers they can improve their in-house software by a lot. Join them if you are a software engineer that is passionate about challenging tasks. They need you a lot. Nonetheless they need mature leadership in their IT department for something excellent to happen.
