After I had uploaded my documents to a job, I was contacted by an employee and was able to make an initial appointment for an interview with him. At the appointment a job was discussed in detail and also my general wishes and requirements regarding the new job. I was interested in the more detailed part of the interview, so I gave the OK that they suggested me for it. In the following week I was contacted again by the consultant and was pleased that he already had an appointment suggestion for a conversation with the company. After the second interview I was offered a contract, which I accepted. Was a super support and also a nice and great advice. I'd turn back to Lubag any time I wanted. Thanks again :)

Basically this is a traditional temporary office. The expansion to permanent positions is successful, but takes time. Accordingly, the network is still missing in one or the other branch of industry.

Very quick reaction to the application dossier. After a short time I had a first appointment for a finding agency. It was a substantially deep and extremely pleasant discussion, in a pleasant environment with the focus on getting to know the applicant comprehensively. The interviewer convinced me in a very positive sense, both from a human and a professional point of view.

During the interview there was a WLAN malfunction twice. The network appears to be unstable. There is certainly room for improvement.
