I’ve been working as a truck driver for many years and really appreciate the positive work environment at the company. The dispatchers are friendly, the vehicles are usually in good condition, and the work is well organized. The drivers are treated with respect.

I see room for improvement in route planning and the wait times during loading and unloading. Better communication between dispatch and drivers would make day-to-day work easier. In addition, more modern vehicles and better break scheduling would be desirable.
