After several conversations, a contract negotiation was already underway. Suddenly no one contacted us, no rejection, no one picked up the phone, and emails were no longer answered. That is disdainful and disrespectful to an applicant!

This works well in the company
Already during my training as a businesswoman I got the offer to stay in the company in order to gain further work experience. It was a great relief to not have to be looking for a job at the same time during the final exams. Furthermore, working with the friendly and open team is a lot of fun.
