The only positive aspects worth mentioning are the ability to work independently without rigid guidelines and the strong sense of camaraderie among colleagues. However, anyone looking for a fair work environment will, unfortunately, be disappointed here.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this employer. The management style comes across as authoritarian and condescending, while there is a complete lack of appreciation for the employees—this is also reflected in the long wait times for necessary work clothes or documents. Despite the heavy workload resulting from cost-cutting measures, the salary remains stagnant at the minimum wage level with no prospect of improvement.
