I worked at the company for several years - with minimum wage, a lot of stress and few prospects for the future. The team was okay, but the pressure was always high. What shocked me the most: Swiss employees who wore headscarves were forced by the team leader to take them off - even though they only did telephone support, not direct contact with customers. Everything is done over the phone. That's discriminatory and unacceptable. Your website says that all people are treated equally - so that has to change. Swiss women who wear a headscarf for religious reasons should not be discriminated against.

Overall, a good working atmosphere, the tone is pleasant and uncomplicated. Supervisors always support when necessary, but also rely on personal initiative, which I find good. If there are open positions with development opportunities, they are always filled by internal employees first, which is good! Good work is always appreciated! Home office was implemented well in the pandemic, I'm curious how it will continue now.
