Path2Work

Path2Work is a Swiss nationwide non-profit job platform with the goal of connecting refugees and employers in a simple, fast and sustainable way. We combine digital technology and intelligent matching with personalised support. Refugees gain access to suitable job opportunities and receive support on their path into the Swiss labour market. At the same time, employers gain easy access to motivated candidates and receive guidance on questions related to recruitment and employment. Path2Work originated from a research project at ETH Zurich and the University of Lausanne and today collaborates with companies, public authorities and organisations working in the field of integration across Switzerland. Path2Work is supported, among others, by the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM) and the Migros Pioneer Fund. Our team works in an entrepreneurial and pragmatic way, with plenty of room to take initiative and make an impact. We share one common vision: a Swiss labour market where potential and motivation matter, regardless of origin.
